PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara Indonesia

PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara Indonesia reportedly denying the re-negotiation, just agreed part of the clauses recommended by the government. Some 18 other companies shared of the same stance as Newmont. Among them are leading names, such as PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk (INCO) and PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals, besides the company just rescued by Presidential Regulation regarding Underground Mining, PT Dairi Prima Mineral, while the companies agreeing the whole clauses are only eleven.
